Sports Massage helps prevent injury as well as the build-up of lactic acid that would otherwise inhibit your training. When you get a lactic acid build-up from repetitive use, or overuse, it decreases your range of motion and flexibility. This could inhibit your training, and increase your chance of injury.
At each of our locations you will find a professional and experienced massage therapist that will help you relieve the tension caused by training, everyday activities or even just for relaxation. As a new member you are entitled to a FREE 15 minute consultation with one of our Massage Therapists.
