When you get the lactic acid build-up from repetitive use, or overuse, it deceases your range of motion and fleibilty. This could inhibit your training, and create a greater chance of injury.
At each of our locations you will find a professional and experienced massage therapist that will help you get rid of tension casued by training, everyday activities or even just for relaxation. As a new member you are entitled to a FREE 15minute consultation with one of our Massage Therapists.
