Lifestyle Fitness Australia, a family-owned gym with gyms in Carlton, Marrickville and Erskineville all came together and held a community major event for all its members and the public on June 25 at Lifestyle Fitness Erskinville.

The ‘Spin Off’ event was the largest and longest spin class in Sydney, with 80 bikes and 80 attendees. The event ran from 8am until 11am with no breaks or intermission. While the attendees were spinning for three hours, DJ Gallo, a local Club DJ and a staff member of Lifestyle Fitness, was spinning the deck with the latest songs to keep them going.

Lifestyle Fitness Australia supported Sydney Children’s Hospital with proceedings going to kids with illnesses and research.
