Group Fitness is more than just a class, it’s an experience. Our classes are fun and challenging, run by our team of qualified and experienced Instructors.  From beginner to advanced, we have a class that works for you.

From the popular Les Mills BodyPump to Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Spin and more… We know we’ve got something that you’ll love.

Entry level classes allow the newest participant to feel completely at ease with the environment and experience, whilst being able to gather the rewards of exercising in a group.

For our advanced participants, we have classes that will push your fitness levels to the limit, allowing you to keep fit.
